REQUIRED ITEMS
The following forms will need to be completed prior to participating in camp: Medical Emergency Information Form, Release from Liability Form and Photographic Release Form. No camper will be allowed to attend camp without completed forms.

SAFETY
Our main objective is the safety of each and every camper. We have licensed collegiate athletic trainers on duty during camp participation and instruction to attend to injuries and the welfare of all campers.

SPECIAL NEEDS
If you need any auxiliary aids or services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please call (251) 445-4004.

TO CANCEL
For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 5 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be given after that date. Substitutions can be made.

LOCATION

The camp will be held at the South Alabama Football Complex.
